Memory Teddy Bears
It isn't easy to lose a loved one, but I can take their favorite garment and turn it into a precious memory. If you've lost someone special and would like a huggable memory of them, let me make a bear out of a favorite item of their clothing.

I've made bears out of dress shirts, military uniforms, house coats, blue jeans, t-shirts, blazers, skirts and dresses and more.

The memory doesn't have to be a sad one. Do you have a dress or piece of clothing from a special event (wedding, prom, party, baptism)? A warm cuddly blanket that belongs to someone special, but they have outgrown it? A favorite sweater that doesn't fit or has a hole in it? A favorite team or college sweatshirt ... I can turn various items into a cute teddy bear for you!


Baby Bears  

I specialize in Memory Bears,  but I also make custom bears that can be given as baby gifts. Teddy Bears can be customized to match almost any Nursery Theme. Toddlers love the size of my 15" bear. Especially in flannel or covered in their favorite cartoon character. My "Baby Bears" are always a HUGE hit at baby showers or for gifts for newborn babies or even as a keepsake given on baby's birthday!

Embroidery services are offered for a fee on all bears. For example, bears can be PERSONALIZED with a name and birth date. Create a one-of-a-kind keepsake from your baby's clothing. I can use the outfit they came home from the hospital in, a favorite blanket or blanket sleeper, a birthday outfit, etc. Almost anything can be turned into a precious memory bear. Each one will be personalized to meet your requests.

I make each bear by hand from the clothing or fabric that you send me. The number of pieces needed will depend on the clothing size as well as the size of bear you are purchasing. Usually I request 10 onesies, or a receiving blanket can be included to make up the additional fabric necessary.

Prices include lining to help your bear maintain it's shape. Bears are stuffed with 100% polyester fiberfill and any buttons from the garments are used for the eyes.

I also offer machine embroidered lettering for a small fee.
